Best collagen you can find. Mixes well with water or chai. Easy to use, 2 spoons 2 times per day. You can take more, but better to start this way. Best for hair and skin. I saw results after starting second order, as i ordered 3x of this collagen. my doctor recommended me this and very glad i trusted it for long enough, as usually i give up after trying for a month. be patient, it will give results.
